ਸਿੱਕਰੀ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ

ਲੱਛਣ- 

            ਸਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਰਕ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ,ਸਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਪੜੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੇ ਬਾਲਾਂ ਚੋਂ ਸਫੈਦ ਸਿੱਕਰੀ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਵੇ,ਸਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਿੱਟੀ ਪਰਤ ਜਮ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਕਰੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਸਮਗਰੀ-

             ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 100 ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਨਾਰੀਅਲ ਤੇਲ ਲੳਂ,ਆਂਵਲੇ ਦਾ ਚੂਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਿਚ 2 ਨਿੰਬੂ ਨਿਚੋੜ ਦੇਵੋ, ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਕਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਰੱਖ ਲਵੋ।

ਵਰਤੋਂ-

         ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਕਸ ਨਾਰੀਅਲ ਤੇਲ , ਆਂਵਲਾ ਚੂਰਨ ਤੇ ਨਿੰਬੂ ਸਿਰ ਬਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਲਿਸ਼ ਕਰੋ, ਸਵੇਰੇ ਨਹਾ ਲਵੋ। ਚਾਰ-ਪੰਜ ਦਿਨ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਿਰ ਮਾਲਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਕਰੋ, ਸਿੱਕਰੀ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

Symptoms-

Content-

             First take 100 grams of coconut oil, squeeze 2 lemons in it, mix it and keep it.

Use-

         At night massage the lemon head hairs over mixed coconut oil, take a bath in the morning. After four to five days of continuous massage, bathe, the scalp will be gone.

            सिर में पपड़ी होने पर सिर में पपड़ी की तरह पपड़ी बन जाती है, बालों के झड़ने से सफेद खोखले हो जाते हैं, सिर पर सफेद परत जम जाती है, उन्हें सैकरी कहते हैं।

सामग्री

             सबसे पहले 100 ग्राम नारियल का तेल लें, इसमें 2 नींबू निचोड़ें, इसे मिलाएं और इसे रखें।

         रात को मिश्रित नारियल के तेल से नींबू के सिर के बालों की मालिश करें, सुबह स्नान करें। चार से पांच दिनों की लगातार मालिश के बाद, स्नान, खोपड़ी चली जाएगी।
